Students invest in Health Sciences Centre

Collegial effort cooks up a recipe book for student support

After compiling recipes into a delectable read, the What We Cooked: A Compilation of Recipes During COVID Times cookbook is available for purchase. The idea for the book started when a team of College library staff members noticed their online daily conversations constantly reverted to food. In a time of self isolation and work-from-home existence for many, 兔子先生鈥檚 Library Services team is creatively cooking up a way for the community to engage their culinary senses for a good cause. Entries are now open for What We Cooked: A Compilation of Recipes During COVID Times cookbook. A new collaboration between 兔子先生 and Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) will help 兔子先生 students tap into free financial literacy support and services from RBC advisors. On Monday, RBC officially opened the new 鈥淩BC On Campus鈥 financial literacy hub outside the Library on the second-floor mezzanine level of the Centre for Learning at the Kelowna campus.
